Aromatherapy
Aromatherapy is a complimentary and alternative medicine practice that uses essential oils, which are derived from plants for therapeutic purposes. Every essential oil has its own healing benefits & therapeutic uses. Aromatherapy can be used either through inhalation or topical application.
Our Aromatherapist will sit down with you and discuss what concerns you would like to improve with your health and wellbeing, or symptoms you are experiencing & would like to alleviate. A support plan with a custom Essential Oil blend will be formulated for you to take home specifically targeting your concerns. Our Aromatherapist will go over the therapeutic plan & instructions with you. Follow up appointment(s) will need to be scheduled.
Aromatherapy sessions consist of an initial consultation & at least one with the potential for multiple follow up appointments depending on the concerns of the client & the therapeutic plan. Each Aromatherapy session will include one Essential Oil blend. (Please be aware at the initial consultation appointment client intake forms must be filled out and a list given of any & all medications being taken. Along with any medical conditions regardless of whether that is the reason for the appointment)

Reiki
Reiki is a non invasive healing technique that uses universal life force energy (Ki) to remove blockages and restore the body’s natural flow of energy. This creates balance & harmony and promotes healing & wellbeing within the body. Our Reiki practitioners channels energy (Ki) & using their hands pass the energy to you. This will bring you calmness & clarity.
Reiki healing has many benefits such as aids in self healing, pain relief, muscle relaxation & tension relief, detoxification, boosts energy, reduces symptoms of depression & anxiety, promotes mental clarity & emotional healing, improves sleep & more.

Jin Shin
Jin Shin is an ancient Japanese healing art, that applies gentle touch and minimal pressure to release and restore blocked energy within the body. The body has energy pathways or “flow” with 52 points called Safety Energy Locks, and when these are blocked the flow of vital life force energy (Ki) within the body can become disrupted, causing many different health concerns. Our Jin Shin practitioner will use gentle touch of the hands on specific Safety Energy Locks to restore balance and well-being by harmonizing the body’s energy flow.
Jin Shin has many health and well-being benefits such as reduces stress, anxiety & depression, relieves pain within the body including headaches & migraines, aids in sleeping, is beneficial for digestive disorders, autoimmune disorders, and many other ailments.
The initial consultation appointment is only to determine what needs the client has. This appointment is roughly 30 minutes. The client will then set up & come back for healing sessions with our practitioner. From this initial appointment our practitioner will devise a treatment plan and how many upcoming sessions are needed moving forward.

Healing Touch
Healing Touch is a heart centered healing method, originating out of Colorado. Healing Touch aims to promote the body’s natural healing process, clear energy blockages & balance energy flow. Our practitioner uses sweeping hand motions & gentle touch over/on the client’s body to influence the flow of energy within the Chakras & meridians of the client’s energy field. Long term this healing technique can focus on trauma & long term illness.
Healing Touch has many benefits such as pain management, anxiety & stress relief, faster recovery time, improved overall wellbeing, & more.

Red Light & Near Infrared light therapy room
Red light & near infrared light therapy has many benefits for multiple different health concerns, such as skin health, improved circulation, reduced injury recovery time, reduced pain & inflammation, improved joint health, increased mood & energy levels & much more. At your appointment you will have to inform us what your reason for your appointment is so we can be sure to select the correct light setting and appointment duration for your individual needs. It is suggested to have 4-5 sessions a week for best results. (we have red light therapy room packages available)
Duration of appointment is 10-30 minutes depending on each individual’s specific need.

Immerse yourself in one of our relaxing and therapeutic aromatherapy detox baths. Using our own spa made bath salts, made with Dead Sea Salt and a variety of Essentia oils. Our soaks are offered in 5 different blends, each with it’s own therapeutic benefits.
Why Dead Sea Salt?, because it is rich in minerals such as magnesium, potassium, calcium & bromides. Providing benefits such as drawing out impurities & toxins, promoting skin health, aiding in healthy circulation, reducing pain & inflammation & more.
You will have the option to select which bath salt blend you would like to use, but please read the warnings and contraindications for each blend, as some individuals may not be able to use certain blends.
Each soak comes with a complimentary shower rinse to end the session.

Warning & Contraindications for aromatherapy soak Blends
Relax (Lavender & Ylang Ylang) – Avoid during pregnancy & breastfeeding. Can cause skin sensitivity & should be avoided with sensitive skin. Use in moderation & avoid direct sunlight after use.
Renew (Geranium & Lime) – Avoid use during 1st trimester of pregnancy. Can cause skin irritation, insomnia, hypersensitivity & restlessness in sensitive individuals. Can be phototoxic, use in moderation & avoid direct sunlight for 12 hours after use.
Refresh (Rosemary & Grapefruit) – Avoid during the 1st trimester of pregnancy. Avoid use if there is a history of hypertension, as it can elevate blood pressure. Use with caution if there is a history of asthma or epilepsy. Can cause photosensitivity, avoid direct sunlight after use.
Relief (Eucalyptus & Lemon) – Use with caution if there is a history of epilepsy, hypertension or liver complaints. Avoid direct contact with the face, as it can cause mucus membrane irritation. Can cause skin irritation, sensitization & may be phototoxic. Use in moderation & avoid direct sunlight after use.
Revive (Cedarwood & Black Pepper) – Avoid during pregnancy & breastfeeding, if there is a history of Kidney Disease, or bleeding disorders. Drug interactions can occur & should not be used if taking MAOIs, blood thinners, antihistamines, or diabetic medication.
